Since we launched we have sold 10 locations. We plan to grow into a nationwide workspace provider that offers flexible solutions, healthy and safe spaces, and an unparalleled community experience. A Little More About Us
Success Space is up-and-coming in the coworking industry. With locations planned across the country, we’re growing and learning right alongside our franchisees. Since our establishment, we’ve built a diverse portfolio of business solutions and workspace types, which allow for multiple channels of income opportunities including flexible cowork space, offices for rent by the month, a full-service cafe, and an onsite certified Success Coach.
Unlike the current cowork offerings in the market, our coworking spaces are “in the community” located in high-traffic retail areas where people live and shop, not office buildings and high rises. While coworking tends to be popular among millennials, Success Space’s locations are equally popular among experienced users and midlife entrepreneurs who prefer a more traditional workplace concept.

Other business services, such as 24/7 access, onsite notary, mail reception, and equipment rental, may be available. Our franchisees are doing more with these and other services to meet customers’ needs.
